Remarks:
* Exhibitors/ Visitors book the on-site services must through Shanghai Share Expo and Meeting Service Co., Ltd. Before 10 days of the Show date.
* 7 days notice is required to cancel a guaranteed booking and 5 days notice is required to amend a guaranteed booking. 50% cancellation fee will be applied for the last minute cancellation within 24 hours of any guaranteed booking.
* The prepayment must be made 5 days prior to the Service Date.
* The working time for all kinds of serviceis 8 hours.The labor cost for overtime working is RMB 100 net per hour per person.
